Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or payment details — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
All Lucky213 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are all processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by Lucky213 on PKR transactions.
Important: You may not transfer funds between Lucky213 accounts or use your Lucky213 account balance to pay another person. Account balances are non-transferable.
Lucky213 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Interbank Funds Transfer (IBFT), and Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are in PKR.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are published on the Lucky213 Deposit and Withdrawal page. Lucky213 reserves the right to apply additional transaction limits to specific accounts based on verification status, bonus activity, or risk assessment.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original qualifying deposit (same-method rule). This is a security measure to prevent unauthorised fund redirection. Exceptions can be made where the original payment method is no longer available, subject to additional identity verification.
Lucky213 does not charge any deposit processing fees. Your full PKR deposit amount is credited to your Lucky213 account. Note that your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own sending fees on some transaction types, which are outside Lucky213's control.
A withdrawal request will not be processed where: (a) there is an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement attached to the account balance; (b) the account has not completed the required KYC verification; (c) the account is under review for suspected breach of these Terms; or (d) the requested withdrawal amount is below the minimum threshold for the chosen payment method.
A bet placed on Lucky213 is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation reference number. If your device or internet connection fails before a confirmation is received, the bet may not have been registered. Lucky213 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the member's side.
Odds on Lucky213 may move between the time you select a market and the time you confirm your bet. For pre-match betting, the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. For live in-play betting, Lucky213 uses real-time odds feeds and confirmed odds may differ from the odds visible when you began building your betslip.
Lucky213 reserves the right to void any bet where: the odds were clearly published in error; where a match or event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement window, or abandoned without a result; where there is evidence that the integrity of an event has been compromised; or where a bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to your Lucky213 account balance at the original stake amount.
Accumulator bets require all selections to win for a payout to be made. If one or more selections within an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining legs. The stake is not refunded if the remaining legs settle as a loss.
Lucky213 applies maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits. These limits are published in the sport-specific rules section of the Lucky213 platform and may be updated from time to time. No payout will be made that exceeds the stated maximum for the relevant product.
Sport-specific rules — including settlement procedures for cricket, football, and virtual sports — are published separately within the Lucky213 platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
Promotions and bonuses on Lucky213 are available to eligible members as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available only to members who have completed account registration and minimum KYC verification on Lucky213. Bonuses are not available to duplicate accounts, or to accounts that have previously abused promotional offers.
All bonuses credited to Lucky213 accounts carry wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the total betting turnover you must generate using the bonus funds before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering multiples and eligible bet types for each promotion are stated in that promotion's individual terms on Lucky213.
Lucky213's Welcome Bonus matches your first deposit up to the stated maximum in PKR. The bonus is credited automatically on qualifying first deposits. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per household and once per payment method. Withdrawals requested before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account balance before processing.
Lucky213 employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse including, but not limited to, low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine betting risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, Lucky213 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account involved.

The Lucky213 VIP Club operates as a tiered loyalty programme with four levels: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative betting activity on Lucky213 within the applicable review period.
VIP status and associated benefits — including higher withdrawal limits, cashback percentages, dedicated account managers, and promotional access — are reviewed on a periodic basis. Lucky213 reserves the right to revise a member's VIP tier, upward or downward, based on their activity level during any review period.
VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred. VIP status does not exempt a member from any other provision of these Terms. Lucky213 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the VIP Club programme with reasonable notice provided to affected members.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use the Lucky213 brand, trademarks, or copyrighted content. Your access to Lucky213 gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal betting entertainment only.
Lucky213 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure continuous availability, Lucky213 does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Lucky213 is not liable for: any failure to place a bet due to connectivity issues on your side; incorrect information provided by you when registering or betting; losses arising from an account compromise that you failed to report promptly; or any indirect, consequential, or speculative loss.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, Lucky213 may retain any balance in the account as damages. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to member misconduct, Lucky213 will return the account balance to the member using the most recent withdrawal method on record.
You may request closure of your Lucky213 account at any time by contacting the support team. All pending bets and active bonus wagering requirements must be settled before a final balance withdrawal can be processed. Self-exclusion requests result in account closure for the duration of the exclusion and are not reversible within that period.
